DConf Usability

For several years a Windows registry of sorts called dconf has been used in Linux. While command line options exist, for non technical users the only way to edit the database is through the dconf editor GUI.

There is no way in the GUI to export or import the database. Doing that has to be done from the command line.

Really.

Add Import and Export options to the GUI. So simple and a huge step closer to better usability.
