Upgrade Now!
Because of my job as a Linux admin I follow many RSS feeds to remain current with related events and issues. For example, following feeds allowed me to avoid the pain many people experienced with the GRUB “boothole" patches.
Despite this good information there is one click-bait article heading I have grown weary of reading.
“Software XYZ has reached end of life. Upgrade Now!”
Or
“Software XYZ is released. Upgrade Now!”
The authors would do well to lose the “Upgrade Now!” slogans. Useless click-bait.
